22 Weeks

Well, I've just been sitting here in my office working away and thought I'd give a 22 week update. Lucy and I went for a walk a little while ago and I was thinking...man, this dog's life is about to change too....and she's totally clueless...no idea. :) Lucy likes to sit in my lap and sleep while I work at the computer. I hope I'm still a good dog mom after the baby gets here. Even though I know Lucy won't get as much "lap time." I plan to still take her on walks...I'll just take a stroller and a baby along too. :)

I've been feeling really well. Nothing to complain about. Though, I'm sure I did over eat in Houston this past weekend. Not to worry Dr. Waymen, I'm sure I'm not still behind on the pounds this time. We had a great time visiting the Wattersons. It was very refreshing. Ikea was a bust though. We didn't really find anything that we just loved and even if we would have we couldn't have gotten it because they don't ship. Oh well. I did get a nice little pillow for my back to use while I'm sitting at the computer. On a more exciting note we did order the baby bedding yesterday! The colors are going to be blue and green mostly with a little bit of orange (pictured). We also found a crib online that we think is really cool. We haven't ordered it yet.

The belly is still slowly expanding. Here's the 22 Week picture. Kind of looks the same as last week's. The baby is kicking right now as I type this. It's weird because my belly will get really hard as the baby moves to the front right there under my belly button and I'll kind of poke at it and the baby will kick around (I can feel it the best when he does this) and eventually he'll move back and my belly will be more soft again. So weird!

No other new stuff to report. Still no skin discoloration (including the "dark line"), no stretch marks, no spider veins, and I'm proud to say that I still have an "innie"....but I'm not out of the woods yet...
