35 Weeks

Well, we had another fun weekend! We had a full house from Thursday to Saturday. Preston's mom, dad, and sister were here as well as my mom and sister. It was really fun. On Friday night we cooked in and got to use our new table and then played games for a few hours (No, I didn't win). But the most fun thing we did was go to my baby shower on Saturday. It was really a great shower! I have AWESOME friends! Chase got lots of fun things including a stroller and car seat....(now they'll let us take him home from the hospital!) Believe it or not I have actually slept a little better the past few nights so that's good. I'm hoping that trend will continue. Don't get me wrong...I'm not sleeping "good"...just better than I was. I still feel great during the day. By bedtime I'm pretty much exhausted and worn out though. I was able to take a nice long nap yesterday (Sunday) so I could recuperate from the exciting weekend.

Oh, and we bought a video camera so we can record every second of this kid's life and burn it to a DVD for our parents! :)

I had a great weekend but there was a little part of me that was sad that I couldn't be in Austin with the Hejls and the Ocheskys. They got together for a couple of days of cruising around and skiing on the lake. :( Sadness. But don't worry they called me twice over the weekend to rub it in! You guys need to come to OKC next!!!
