Doctor Appointment

We have progress! Three centimeters dilated and 70% effaced! I understand that this may mean absolutely nothing as far as delivering early goes but it was pretty exciting to hear that things are starting to move along. He is in a head down position and she guessed that he is around 5 1/2 to 6 pounds right now. She said that it could be any time or it could still be a few weeks off. Good thing my bags are packed...just in case. I know, I know, don't get your hopes up Sara. I have gained 4 pounds in the last 3 weeks putting me at 24 pounds total.
